The story
Crew KSA is a Saudi startup running recruitment at volume. Too much of the work was manual, which caused mistakes, unnecessary costs, fewer clients served and unhappy customers. They needed the whole process automated.
After two weeks of gathering requirements, we built a custom CRM that takes in hiring requests, schedules candidates and sends reminders over WhatsApp. The hard part was no-shows: when a candidate does not turn up, the system picks the next one, messages them and rebooks the slot with nobody touching it.
We designed, built and deployed it, trained the staff and set up access levels. The client raised $300,000 from investors with the product.
