The story
SWITCH5 builds fair, balanced football teams and manages the players in them. The client wanted something small and cheap, on a structure they knew would not grow, planning to rebuild later.
We pushed back, even at a cost to our own margin, and convinced them to build on a base that could scale from day one. They never needed the rebuild, which would have cost tens of thousands.
We built it in small, steady phases, and it is live on the App Store and Google Play. In its first year of operation the client earned $220,000 with it.

What was hard, and how we solved it
